The Beginners Programme programme has been running since 2018 for runners of all ages and abilities.
Join our running coaches who are Clinical Exercise Physiologists by day, on fun & inclusive sessions that will help you increase your fitness levels & improve your running!
All fitness levels welcome - also suitable for people returning to running after a long break or injury.
The next start date is:
31st October - 7th December.
